Why should I stay in a vacation rental instead of a hotel?

A vacation rental is much more of a full home experience. Each property has as unique and comfortable stayle designed to make you feel more relaxed and enjoy the ambience. Get all the comforts of home while staying in San Diego!

How does your site compare to Airbnb/VRBO?

Airbnb & VRBO are marketing/advertising websites. We are the property management company that personally oversees quality and care on each and every property to ensure you have the best experience possible while staying with us. We take a much more hands on approach and make your comfort and happiness while staying with us our top priority.

What is your cancellation policy?

$250 cancellation fee on all reservations up to 45 days prior to check in. No refund offered less than 45 days to check in unless we are able to find a replacement renter.

Do we offer Early Check in & Late Check out?

Unfortunately we no longer offer early check ins or late check outs due to the COVID-19 requirements and protocols we have put in place.

Do I have to arrive and check in at a certain time?

Check in is at 4pm and guests may arrive any time at or after this time. We have lockboxes and keypads available for your convenience.

What are the Check out protocols when leaving?

Check out is 10am on date of checkout. When you depart, we request that you take the trash out, secure all windows and doors, turn off AC, lights and fans and put dishes in the sink. Please also remember to place the key in the lockbox. Thank you!

Do you have COVID-19 Cleaning Protocols in Place?

Our housekeeping services disinfect and clean every surface, door knobs, light switches, cabinets and beds. We make it a priority to protect the health and safety of our guests and follow all CDC and WHO protocols.

Can I opt to clean the condo myself instead of having your team handle it?

No. Guests are advised to not clean our properties as we handle this internally.

Do you provide a daily cleaning/maid service?

In order to remain competitive with hotel rates, we do not provide daily maid service. This ensures your privacy and comfort in enjoying our properties. Please feel free to let us know if you would like to pay extra for us to offer this service when you stay with us.

We have run out of soap, toilet paper and other items. Can you bring us more?

Absolutely. We have replacement amenities on property but if for whatever reason these have been used, please feel free to reach out and we’ll make sure this is addressed right away.

We can't get the internet/tv/dvd working. Are there are guides or instructions at the unit?

Yes. Each proerty has a guide with all pertinent information available for you to access upon arrival. Please let us know if you can’t locate it and we can send you a PDF via email

Is smoking allowed in the properties?

Smoking is forbidden in and around a 20 foot radius of each of our properties. Smoking is prohibited in our units.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Zelle and Venmo.
